One of my favorite things to do is hike. Something about being out in nature is just so peaceful and happy. Honestly, I think the world would be a better place if people got out more often to enjoy nature.
Another one of my favorite things is pretty dresses like this. This blog post is kind of a funny story about those 2 things. So I thought it would be a good idea to hike Pulpit Rock in a dress (first mistake). Once we got up there and took some pictures, we realized that the sky was getting really dark and scary. Suddenly, my friend Klara’s phone buzzed with a tornado sighting alert. If that wasn’t crazy enough, we started to make our way back down the rock, and were getting pelted with hail and rain. Once we were finally in our cars, I turned on the radio and heard a severe weather warning and a flash flood warning in addition to the tornado warning. Crazy, right? Anyways, I went for a romantic boho kind of look with this dress and sandals. The melon color compliments my skin tone and the rocks really well, and I think this might be my new aesthetic.
Shop this look: Maxi dress (closest I could find) and Brown sandals
